Enrollment Information

Welcome to It Takes A Village Academy! We're thrilled that you're considering our daycare for your child's early learning journey. Below you'll find all the essential information needed to begin the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and informed start for you and your child. 

1. Inquiry and Information: Begin by contacting us via phone at 734-469-2297 or email at to express your interest. We will invite you to schedule a tour to see our classrooms, meet our staff, and get a feel for the nurturing environment we provide.

2. Application Submission: After your tour, if you decide to proceed, we'll provide you with an application form. Complete and return along with the necessary documents and registration fee. Age group forms can be found below. 

3. Enrollment Confirmation: After completed documents have been returned, we'll confirm your child's enrollment and start date. We will also provide a packet that includes the parent handbook, a list of items your child will need, and other important information to prepare for their first day. 

Operation Hours: 6:15am to 6:30pm Monday thru Friday 

Age Groups: Our programs cater to children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Age-specific requirements and documentation will be detailed during you application process. 

Health and Immunizations: Up-to-date health and immunization records are required for enrollment, in accordance with state regulations. 

Tuition and Fees: Information on tuition rates, payment schedules, and any additional fees will be provided during your tour or information meeting. We offer various payment options for your convenience. 

Financial Assistance

We believe every child deserves access to quality early education. Information about financial assistance programs will be available upon request.
